Surgeons Team Takes Second Place

Earlier this year I sponsored the Granite Bay High School’s Design and Engineering Club which designed an Urban Concept Vehicle to participate at the Shell Eco Marathon competition in Detroit, Michigan late last month. I am impressed by the teamwork and the dedication that it took all these kids (young adults) to get this challenge accomplished. Nice going team!

Oh and I see that Jay Leno stopped by their paddock to interview the team for his television show – how cool is that?! Here is to continued success in the future challenges: Go Grizzlies!
